Kiioto (Lou Rhodes + Rohan Heath)
Kiiōtō is the brand new musical project from two of Manchester most celebrated musicians.
Lou Rhodes, the Mercury-nominated electro folk singer/songwriter and founder member of the highly acclaimed top 30 duo Lamb, has joined forces with multi-platinum songwriter and keyboardist Rohan Heath, (a founder member of Urban Cookie Collective) to record an album together that is both richly instinctive and inquisitive, infused with a transporting spirit of ongoing exploration and discovery.
Largely inspired by a trip to Louisiana, the tracks were written and partially recorded in Lou & Rohan’s home studios in London and Wilshire, and stand as an intuitive meld of shared histories, united in the desire to explore fresh stories and places.
