Beat Street (5 - 7 years)

Street Dance! Activate your body & enjoy getting to grips with new choreography. Improve your posture, flexibility & stamina whilst encouraging your own style to evolve by playing and exploring in the freestyle section. Sessions start with a high-impact warm-up, followed by that week?s routine flowing into the freestyle section and ending with a cooldown & breath work. Who will be teaching this class? Tasha ? she loves dance soooo much, she will soon be a DOCTOR of dance ? how cool! What should I wear? Comfortable clothes that you can move and groove in, dance and/or gym wear with trainers would be fab. Anything I need to bring? Don?t forget your water bottle, dancing is thirsty work!
