Half Term Musical Theatre Workshop
Join us at the Octagon for a special half term musical theatre performance opportunity! Spend two days exploring songs from the Octagon's production of Little Shop of Horrors. You'll work the Octagon engagement team and West End professional, Helen Washington, who has worked on world famous musicals?such as Shrek and LesMis?rables. At the end of the second day, you?ll perform a short selection of the songs to friends and family at the Octagon theatre. The music in Little Shop of Horrors has a rock and roll feel, and was written by Disney maestro Alan Menken (The Little Mermaid, Beauty and the Beast). The songs are the ultimate in toe-tapping, sing-along catchiness, and we?re sure you?ll have a fabulous time learning them. The workshop is open to anyone aged 11-17 who enjoys singing and performing.
