Findlay Spence
Described by The Guardian as ‘exciting, engaging and profoundly musical,’ Scottish cellist Findlay Spence has performed worldwide as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral principal.
Recent chamber highlights include appearances at Wigmore Hall, Royal Festival Hall, St. Martin-in-the-Fields, and Berlin’s Pierre Boulez Saal.
As a concerto soloist, Findlay has performed major works with leading British orchestras, alongside contemporary concertos by John Bevan Baker and Tom David Wilson.
He has also participated in prestigious residencies, including the Britten-Pears Young Artist Programme, Musethica, and the Mendelssohn on Mull Festival.
