What's On at the Stockport Plaza, Stockport

Stockport Plaza opened its grand doors in 1932 as a super cinema and variety theatre - roots it is still proud to boast today.  Hosting touring plays, music events, comedians, gigs, musical theatre, dance, murder mysteries, family shows, their own festive pantomime, and cinema screenings, this Grade II listed art deco building has a seating capacity of 1317.

The Plaza currently has two Patrons; Baroness Joan Bakewell DBE, and Dara O’ Briain.  Past Patrons include Leslie Phillips CBE, Sabrina, and Sir Ken Dodd.  Alongside their main theatre space, The Stockport Plaza also has The Green Room, an intimate cabaret space for 80 guest, with a diverse programme of events.

Productions, shows and events coming up include Jason Manford, Jimmy Carr, Josh Widdicombe, numerous tribue acts, their Christmas panto Aladdin, Breakfast With Santa, Peter Andre in The Very Best Of Frankie Valli, and Dara O' Briain, .
