Genderqueer Brooklyn pop singer-songwriter King Princess, aka Mikaela Straus has seen the likes of Mark Ronson, Fousheé, and the late Taylor Hawkins appear on her records and has opened tours for Harry Styles, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Casey Musgraves and Shawn Mendes.
Her debut single, "1950" scored chart success worldwide in 2017 and was followed by chart sucess in Sweden and New Zealand with "Pussy Is God", "Cheap Queen", "Prophet" and "Only Time Makes It Human" - a 21st century take on Kylie Minogue's '00s club mainstay "Can't Get You Out of My Head".
