Mancunian jazz poet-performer, who plays the saxophone out of the side of his mouth, Gus Fairbairn, aka Alabaster DePlume, is now known across the globe as the saxophonist who creates wonderful, wordless music, however back home he's most known to fervent fans as an outspoken poet and orator, beloved for his inspiring words of encouragement and sing-a-long-able songs about vulnerability, humanity, and courage.
Here, he is joined by Manchester-based BBC Folk Award-winning singer and musician Rioghnach Connolly, known for her incredible vocals with Honeyfeet and The Breath.
