The crunch of fallen leaves and the roar of diesel engines, it must be the Autumn Diesel Gala!

Join us this autumn for another celebration of all things diesel powered, featuring iconic locomotives from our highly regarded home fleet.

The event will see diesel services running an intensive passenger timetable throughout.

This year the Autumn Diesel Gala will also feature a Fish & Chip train; a Tatty Ash, Hot Pot and Curry train; Brake Van rides, and Footplate Rides. These will all be bookable in advance. Please check back here, visit our website or read our social media for on sale announcements.

Ticketing Information

Please make sure you have a version of your ticket (printed OR on your handheld device) ready for inspection.

Advance discount fares are available to purchase up until midnight the day prior to travel.

Discounted One Day Rover Family Packages are available for:
? 1 Adult and 2 Children/Young Persons: ?43 (Advance) / ?54
? 2 Adults and 1 Child/Young Person: ?52 (Advance) / ?62
? 2 Adults and 2 Children/Young Persons: ?64 (Advance) / ?77

Caravan and Motorhome Day Rover tickets are not valid at this event

Essential Carer tickets for those with access needs are available via the booking line on 0333 320 2830, or at the station booking office.

Children under sixteen years of age are only permitted to enter the company?s trains, stations or other premises when accompanied by a responsible adult. Tickets for Children aged 3-15 years can only be purchased with an Adult ticket.
