Hicks!! and Julian Gray will be discussing the exhibition 'Stories For Us', and reflecting on what stories get told in fiction, particularly in mainstream comics and comic adaptations. This will be an in person event and streamed online. Hicks!! is a comics creator and editor with a PhD in Comics Studies. They currently work as a Junior Graphic Novels Editor at Rebellion and their debut GN GRAND SLAM ROMANCE, co-created with their wife Emma Oosterhous, is forthcoming from Mariko Tamaki's Surely Books imprint in 2023.
