El Amor Brujo (12A)

For the third part of Saura’s Flamenco Trilogy, released in 1986, the director again collaborates with writer, choreographer and dancer Antonio Gades.
Joined once more by dancer Cristina Hoyos, they adapt the ballet El amour brujo, composed by Manuel de Falla, for the screen.
In an Andalusian village, Carmelo has long loved Candela but every night she dances with her dead husband José.
