On these dates, your family group can enjoy even BIGGER savings with our Family Explorer Rover tickets. A perfect start to your voyage of discovery through the Irwell Valley! Take in the whole 12-mile line and hop on and off at any of the 7 quirky and unique station stops. You?ll enjoy travelling on a genuine heritage train, see pretty station buildings and platforms, and have a perfect family day out!
Tickets are valid for All Day Travel on the date shown. Your ticket also allows a Complimentary visit to Bury Transport Museum 10am - 3pm on the same date (Subject to opening days. No refund is offered if the Museum is closed).
You are welcome to use any public timetabled service from any station. Please check our Timetable for your chosen boarding point (times displayed on this page indicate the first departure from Bury).

Ticketing Information
Please make sure you have a version of your ticket (printed OR on your handheld device) ready for inspection.
Advance discount fares are available for tickets purchased before midnight on the day prior to travel.
Discounted all day Family Explorer Rover tickets are available for:
? 1 Adult and 2 Children/Young Persons: ?37 (Advance) / ?40
? 2 Adults and 1 Child/Young Person: ?45 (Advance) / ?48
? 2 Adults and 2 Children/Young Persons: ?55 (Advance) / ?58
Select the number of tickets you need, and the discount will applied to the basket. Additional tickets will be charged at the standard rates.

Essential Carer tickets for those with access needs are available via the booking line on 0333 320 2830, or at the station booking office.
Children under sixteen years of age are only permitted to enter the company?s trains, stations or other premises when accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 18 years old.
