Festival of Ideas: Power Up
A gaming and E:Sports takeover hosted by Hopwood College and Festival of Ideas.
For the inquisitive, the curious and the competitive!
A fast paced and fun event where you can try your hand at an exciting range of ESports games. Learn all about what it takes to create a brilliant game, discover how new technology is being used, and get involved with playing a range of games!
There will be chance for independent gaming throughout the takeover, however from 4:15-8:30pm there will be a teams tournament for you to watch and cheer on. Come and experience what an egaming competition is like!
Designed for ages 14+, this will be an open and engaging evening for anyone to drop in and participate, or even just watch and cheer on from the sidelines.
