Hope Mill Amateur Dramatic Company’s 5th annual production, Sister Act is a fabulous musical comedy based on the 1992 cult classic.
Disco diva Deloris Van Cartier’s life takes a turn when she witnesses a murder and is placed in protective custody, in the most unlikely of places, a convent! She stays hidden, posing as a nun, and uses her unique talents to help transform the convent’s struggling choir. As Deloris helps her fellow sisters she, in turn, also unexpectedly rediscovers her own voice.
