In Conversation with Peaches + Planningtorock + more

What else is in the teaches of Peaches? Find out when the iconic Canadian pop provocateur touches down in Manchester for a special talk – followed by a set from Bolton's leftfield dance icon Planningtorock.
Lunchtimes on the Square sees Mabon Jones, Dan Springate and Carmel Smickersgill perform live with their unique blend of jazz, classical and electronic music, presented by Bothy Project before a mid-afternoon harp interlude from Anna McLuckie.
Chrysalid Homo’s dark electronic pop and new music from Factory Sounds artist and alt. RnB star Lavender Rodriguez set the scene perfectly for our in conversation with Peaches. The legendary singer, performance artist and producer is known for her electronic sound, unapologetic style and ever-relevant feminism. On the scene for over 20 years, she’s a true icon of modern pop.
Our chat with Peaches is followed by live music from the incredible Planningtorock. A celebrated force in queer dance music, Jam produces songs that reflect their personal journey as trans-non binary as well as exploring ideas about gender, queer love and trans rights. With remixes for Lady Gaga, Christine and The Queens and Robyn under their belt, their set is the perfect mid-week pick me up.
