Coinciding with Hew Locke’s exhibition The Ambassadors in the Lowry Galleries, join us for a special conversation between Hew Locke and artist Nicola Singh. Hear Hew Locke discuss his artistic practice and delve deeper into his work The Ambassadors, originally commissioned by The Lowry in 2019.
Hew Locke is a Guyanese-British sculptor and contemporary visual artist based in London. Nicola Singh is a Todmorden based artist whose practice spans solo and collaborative performance, film, sound, installation and drawing. Nicola is also a Senior Lecturer in Art Theory & Practice at Manchester Metropolitan University.
