He remains true to his roots through the gayaki ang style of sitar, which mimics the human voice, while always seeking to push beyond the boundaries.

In this performance, Jasdeep unveils the power of the Indian raga or raag, a musical form of storytelling where the performer interprets a traditional melody passed down through generations.

Jasdeep will infuse his artistry and imagination through several movements while collaborating with a tabla player.

Lasting around 70 minutes, the journey comes full circle and, according to ancient Sanskrit texts, has the ability to ‘colour’ or even open the mind along the way.
