Musical Theatre Workshop

Harveen is a musical theatre performer with a passion for South Asian storytelling. She is really looking forward to returning to the Octagon, after her time starring in the Jungle Book in 2024.?Since graduating Harveen has played lead roles in a number of productions including Pinky, Mrs Chopra, Auntie and Understudy Mum in 'Bend it like Beckham' (West End);Sylvia Morgan in 'Privates On Parade' (Theatre Royal, Brighton); Sudha in 'The Thing About Tom' directed by Stuart Wood, and Shilpa Shetty in 'Election Idol', A Bride in 'Ringside' (Birmingham Repertory Theatre).She recently finished on a musical adaption of Roald Dahl's 'The Witches' directed by Nikolai Foster at the West Yorkshire Playhouse. Meena in 'Cynthia's Girls' produced by Paul Nicholas at the Cambridge Corn Exchange. Tiger Lily and Tootles in 'Peter Pan' at The Park Theatre and Salma in 'The Cereal Cafe' at The Other Palace Theatre and Swing in Andrew Lloyd Webbers 'School of Rock' (Korea International Tour and UK tour).
