Olivia Beall - A Brief History of Musicals

Olivia Beall presents "A Brief History of Musicals", a show showcasing musicals from the start of the legendary theatre writing team Rodgers and Hammerstein all the way to the modern musical that we know and love today.

Olivia will be exploring the trends in musicals and looking at the influences that changed musicals to what they are today. With songs from beloved musicals such as Les Miserables, Phantom of the Opera, Rent, Chicago, Hamilton and many more, there will something for everyone.

Olivia is accompanied on piano by George Strickland and will be inviting some special guest singers on the stage for some very special performances.

Olivia Beall graduated from The Hammond School in Chester with BA(HONS) in Musical Theatre Performance in 2021. Her passion is for Musical Theatre, however with her strong vocals she has experience in singing a variety of other styles including pop and jazz.
