Rachel Goodyear: Stirrings
A major solo exhibition by internationally recognised, Salford-based artist Rachel Goodyear. Co-commissioned by University of Salford Art Collection and Grundy Art Gallery, Blackpool, this is the artist’s first major solo exhibition in Salford.
The exhibition includes new large-scale drawings and a new animation, alongside a selection of existing works. The animation shows Goodyear experimenting with structure and sound, while the new works on paper see the artist working at a scale larger than ever before.
