About We?re thrilled to welcome back this biennial celebration of piano excellence, now in its ninth edition. Talented young pianists from around the globe descend on Manchester for a week of inspiring music-making, both performing on stage and learning from an international jury panel. The competition culminates in a thrilling final: three outstanding finalists perform their chosen concerti with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Geoffrey Paterson.
