Roman Lytwyniw
The International Artist Diploma (IAD) represents the pinnacle of achievement in performance at the RNCM and welcomes a small number of artists each year who are on the cusp of international careers.
Each artist carefully curates their own programme of music to showcase their talent and artistic identity.
Ukrainian/British violinist, Roman Lytwyniw, is thrilled to present an eclectic programme of 20th century repertoire. Far from a traditional recital, he loves to connect with audiences, speaking in between pieces and offering unique insight into his repertoire selections.
Roman Lytwyniw, is a versatile and expressive musician who studied at Chetham’s School of Music in Manchester and has worked with the Doric and London Haydn Quartets, Lawrence Power, Philippe Graffin and Kolja Blacher.
He formed and led Ensemble7 on an International tour with guitarist Miloš Karadaglič; performing for the BBC and ClassicFM in venues such as Snape Maltings and Dubai Opera House.
He has also led the Jess Gillam Ensemble and has worked with Royal Northern Sinfonia as Associate Leader.
