Russ Winstanley's Northern Soul Night

Northern Soul legend Russ Winstanley hosts a classic Northern Soul night full of singing, reminiscing and most importantly, dancing!

Known for being the resident DJ at The Casino Club, over four million people passed through the venue, which ran four nights per week. Both Wigan Casino and Russ Winstanley won many awards for best venue and best DJ and, in 1997, he compiled Telstar Records Northern Soul album Soul Survivors.

Russ will introduce a collection of artists to create the perfect afternoon full of all the
different aspects of Nothern Soul, including DJs Alan King and Johnny Boy, as well as a special dance workshop detailing all the classic moves and routines for you to get involved in or just admire.
