Street Dance (8-11 years)

Activate your body and enjoy getting to grips with new choreography. Improve your posture, flexibility and stamina whilst encouraging your own style to evolve by playing and exploring in the freestyle section. Sessions start with a high-impact warm-up, followed by that week’s routine flowing into the freestyle section and ending with a cooldown and breath work.

Who will be teaching this class?
Tasha – she loves dance soooo much, she will soon be a DOCTOR of dance – how cool!

What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that you can move and groove in, dance and/or gym wear with trainers would be fab.

Anything I need to bring?
Don’t forget your water bottle, dancing is thirsty work!
