Summer Dance Days

Explore your physical and creative skills with industry professionals. Discover fun tools to unleash the magic of your movement! This workshop is for young people of all abilities. A fantastic way to spend a day in Summer at Lowry and if you are a super-keen mover, to find out more about how Lowry Centre for Advanced Training dancers train.

Dates - Please note that there are different age groups on each date

Wednesday 5th August ? Age 9-12 years

Thursday 6th August ? Age 13-16 years

Time: 10 ? 3.30 pm

Venue: Lowry Studio 3

What to expect:

? Movement technique and skills workshop

? Fun physical and creative games

? Choreography and devising workshop

? Top performance tips

What to wear / bring: Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely without risk to your modesty. A jumper/top to keep you warm on breaks. Please note that participants will be dancing bare-foot. Bring a packed lunch and water to keep hydrated.
