Nantwich-based, Oxford-born indie folk star Thea Gilmore is a formidable performer on stage and among the finest singer songwriters of her generation - a frank and fearless pursuer of home truths who has constantly adapted to remain relevant in the fickle, forever changing music industry, having done so on her own terms.
A painful creative and personal rebirth following the bitter divorce from her producer husband Neil Stonier, she delivered a brace of brilliant albums, with Emancipation being the last produced under the name "Thea Gilmore", and Afterlight the first produced by the "newly personified Afterlight".
