Webmoms is the brainchild of Cornwall-based multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter Karum Cooper.
It’s a project rich in influences across the musical spectrum with several millions of streams across Spotify and Apple Music alone, a slew of BBC Introducing, R6, R1 and R1Xtra plays and production credits on tracks around the globe, to boot.
Starting out as an instrumental beatmaking alias in 2020, this bedroom project has grown from strength to strength with its nuanced and original take on Lofi-Hip Hop, RnB and Neo soul, delving further into the realms of conscious, politically driven poetry and lyricism, straying away from a beat-centric production style and incorporating some seriously strong vocal hooks and a peppering of artist features.
