In a small provincial Iranian town, the children work hard to support their families by scouring through piles of rubbish in search of treasure. One day, nine-year-old Yahya and his friend Leyla find a precious statue. Yahya seeks help from Naser, his boss with whom he shares a passion for cinema, and together they set off in search of the statue’s owner.
