Atlanta, Georgia R&B singer and rapper Ricardo Valentine Jr., a.k.a. 6LACK (pronounced "black"), makes music which has been described by Billboard as "moody hip hop" that "spotlights vulnerability and honesty in a way the emoji generation can understand."
With multi-Platinum hits in the USA, he shot to fame in 2016 with the single "Prblms" and reached no.2 in the UK with the 2021 hit "Calling My Phone" (with Lil Tjay) and has also scored success collaborating with the likes of Khalid and Ty Dolla Sign, J.Cole, Normani, Jessie Reyez, Rita Ora, Lil Baby, Timbaland, Selena Gomez, Lil Durk and Young Thug.
