Hue and Cry
Alongside Wet Wet Wet, Texas, and Deacon Blue, blue-eyed soul pop siblings Pat and Greg Kane, aka Hue & Cry, were one of the most successful acts to emerge from the Scottish music scene that dominated the charts in the late '80s.
The duo from Coatbridge, North Lanarkshire embark on a special 40th Anniversary Tour in 2024 to commemorate their outstanding four-decade legacy.
Since bursting onto the music scene in the 1980s, Hue and Cry have left an indelible mark on the UK music scene with their soulful sound, infectious energy, and thought-provoking lyrics. Their earlier albums, Seduced and Abandoned and Remote, launched a lengthy career during which they have continued to captivate audiences with huge hits including ‘Labour of Love,’ ‘Looking for Linda,’ and ‘Ordinary Angel.’
With soulful vocals, impeccable musicianship, and undeniable chemistry on stage, the band will transport audiences back in time where fans can expect to hear their favourite songs as well as a few surprises.
