Yoga Stars (5-7 years)

In Yoga Stars, children are encouraged to be playful with yoga and experience how their breath & body move together in a fun-filled way!

At Z-arts, we believe yoga is for everybody and that you’re never too young (or old!) to start stretching and exploring. Yoga is a fantastic way for children to develop focus, self-awareness and confidence. Yoga Stars uses animals, nature and other themes to help young people to explore as they move and learn to stretch their bodies in new creative ways.

Who will be teaching this class?
Gilly – she has been running creative sessions at Z-arts for over ten years, she’s an expert.

What should I wear?
Anything that you can move and stretch in.

Anything I need to bring?
Don’t forget your water bottle!

We want to make your visit to Z-arts as enjoyable as possible and try our best to cater for everyone’s needs.
