The Bridgewater Hall Manchester is an international concert venue that opened in 1996 and has a capacity of 2500. It hosts over 300 performances a year including classical, musical theatre, jazz, rock, pop, and world music.
Home to The Hallé and regular venue for the BBC Philharmonic and Manchester Camerata, it also hosts its own classical season – The International Concert Series. It has welcomed stars such as Sir Paul McCartney, Nick Cave, Alfie Boe, Michael Ball, Strictly Stars, and Lea Salonga.
The Bridgewater Hall boasts a £1.2 million pipe organ with 5500 pipes and was the largest instrument to be installed in a UK venue for over a century.
