Dunstable-born, Bolton-raised, Manchester-living Mercury-prize winning folk rocker Damon Gough has always been one to wear his heart on his sleeve, and his truly personal and heartfelt catalogue of glorious, colourful warming, honest pop songs have produced magical UK hits like "You Were Right", "Born Again", "Pissing in the Wind", "All Possibilities", "Once Around the Block", plus "Silent Sigh" and "Something to Talk About" from his Platinum selling "About A Boy" soundtrack.
Celebrating the 25th year of his career, Gough took his stage name from a character in the Cosgrove Hall 1970's children's TV show The Magic Ball, and formed legendary Manchester record label Twisted Nerve with DJ Andy Votel in 1997.
