Movement Makes Story: Devising from a physical practice
Sometimes you only need simple gestures or patterns to tell a story.
In this workshop, Christina Deinsberger will lead physical exercises to explore a devising practice, connecting the individual body to the collective to create an image, explore a dynamic, or tell a little story. For actors, directors and theatre non-professionals ? all experience levels are welcome. Wear clothes you are comfortable to move in.
Christina Deinsberger is a Berlin based director, Complicit? associate artist and co-founder of fish in a dress. Previous work includes Undine Geht at Schaub?hne Berlin, associate director on Mnemonic at National Theatre London as well as extensive international touring experience. Christina?s artistic strength lies in psychologically detailed, physically challenging, formally experimental work.
